Is There A Racism Industry?…

By iwantmycountryback

I think there is.  There are to many people, to many groups and to many “corporations” involved not to call it an industry…and of course way to much money in it for its leaders.  I mean what would Al Sharpton and Jesse “cut his <bleep> off” Jackson do if racism was all but eradicated in this country?  Sharpton actually looks moderate these days compared to Jackson who now just comes off as a bitter old man who grasps desperately to get in the spotlight.  Would they go back to their “churces” or would they have to go out and get real jobs like the rest of us and actually earn a living instead of getting paid to sit on some talk show spouting hateful words and stirring up controversy where their is none.

Don’t get me wrong, there is and always be racist people in the world.  It will never end.  But at what point do we as Americans say ok this is as good as it is going to get and we need to move on and look at other issues?  Will that ever happen?  I don’t think it will as long as people are making money by keeping racism and it’s “issues” at the forefront.  Are we not just adding fuel to the fire that is racism by continually talking about it and bringing it up or at the very least keeping alive?  Do people like Jeremiah Wright actually help the situation or make it worse?  I know what I think…what do you think?
